William K. Dorrance, O.D.

Following his graduation from the University of California's School of Optometry, Dr. Dorrance served in the Air Force before buying Moreno Valley's first optometry practice in 1971. He is past President of the Inland Empire Optometric Association, the Moreno Valley Redevelopment Project Area Committee, the Moreno Valley Rotary Club, Moreno Valley Toastmasters Club, and the Parapsychology Association of Riverside. Dr. Dorrance served on the Boards of Directors of the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Moreno Valley Community Hospital Foundation. For two years Dr. Dorrance served as Director of Continuing Education for the California Optometric Association, and he is a charter member of the American Optometric Association's Contact Lens and Cornea Section.

Trudy Philpot, Office Manager

Trudy has worked with Dr. Dorrance for 33 years. She is a ABOA Certified Optician and would enjoy assisting you with any special needs or requests you might have.

Peggy Shanks

Peggy has worked with Dr. Dorrance for 10 years. She loves working with people. Her areas of expertise include insurance and Medi-Cal billing.

Michelle

Michelle is our newest member and comes to our office with 15 years experience. She has been with us for 2 years now, and loves working with people and working in the frame room.
